Why Is the Usb Adapter Not Reading on My Note 10+

Hey Guys I'm actually stressing over here , my note 10 plus usb c port is giving me issues , here is listing of the problems I'yard experiencing , I'm on the latest android version 10 , phone Model : SM-N975F

• The phone charges just does not fast charge anymore takes about 2 hours to fully charge
• Samsung AKG earphones does not discover
• I can't connect my phone to my laptop with a usb c cable information technology justs connects and and so disconnects and stays on a loop
• I tried my usb c to usb adaptor that no more than works

Things I take tried to practise only even so does not work
• Connect phone to laptop when in safe fashion
• Tried 3 different cables
• Blew the charging port with compressed air extremely slowly
• Tried to wipe cache partition
• Can't manufactory reset phone because I tin't back up my photos and videos which are really important , to upload to a cloud is not an choice because I have really tiresome internet

Gently clean the port out with a wooden toothpick soaked in isopropyl alcohol long enough to sightly soften the toothpick. If you have access to proper port cleaning picks, that's great, but this will piece of work in a pinch. I've you've got the port cleaned out, convert it with a bit of duct tape when not in utilize, or invest in case that covers the USB port. OtterBox Commuter Case, for instance. Good luck.

Hey cheers for the response really capeesh it , I tried to thoroughly clean it with isopropyl booze , toothpick and toothbrush but still having trouble to connect the phone to my laptop , charging works but withal seems to tedious accuse I'thousand non sure if it's software related as I'm not seeing any people/forums with a similar problem.☹

Nope fast accuse is on , at that place are many other problems besides the phone not fast charging

Non sure if information technology'southward a software or hardware issue. Is transferring your files through a wifi protocol possible for your? Like maybe try an app similar wifi file transfer. You can transfer gigs of data in minutes. And then maybe endeavor to reset the phone?

Non sure if it's a software or hardware issue. Is transferring your files through a wifi protocol possible for your? Similar maybe endeavor an app similar wifi file transfer. Y'all can transfer gigs of data in minutes. And and then peradventure endeavour to reset the phone?

Backing up my files as we speak , I just hope it's software because charging the telephone is fine (no fast charging) simply not being able to detect any other usb type c gadget is a trouble worst is not being able to connect my telephone to my laptop

Managed to mill reset today even so giving aforementioned bug , cleaned the port extremely well too... not certain why simply after updating to android 10 the issues started but I don't retrieve it's software equally non many people have the bug that I am experiencing

I had all your issues downwards to the T. I went to a Samsung service center and had my USB C port replaced, now everything is normal.
